For NET – Narrative Exposure Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) sessions, the duration can vary from 60 to 90 minutes.

I offer block bookings to guarantee your preferred day and time for your convenience. Payment is accepted in advance of sessions via bank transfer.

I Offer Online and In-Person Sessions

I offer both online and in-person therapy sessions. Online sessions are conducted via video call, and in-person sessions are conducted at my therapy practice in Wrexham.

I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at half the cost of the session. Any missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at the full rate.
